How to Measure Your Head for a Helmet
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around your head about 1 inch (2–3 cm) above your eyebrows and ears, keeping it level all the way around. This will give you the circumference of your head, which is the measurement used to determine helmet size.
If you don’t have a measuring tape, use a piece of string and then measure it against a ruler. For the best fit, compare your measurement to the size chart and consider sizing up if you’re between sizes.
